If you are dissatisfied with your order please call us immediately. After you receive your dragon, if you decide you are not satisfied we must hear from you within 6 hours to discuss a possible return or exchange. Reptiles must be returned within 2 days of the delivery date. Any credit will be in the form as the original payment type. There are no refunds for reptiles returned after 2 days after the delivery date. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If your mailing your reptile back it must be in the same box, shipped thru a trackable method to our
address of choice.
